Our client is a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a long-established reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable and technically excellent solutions across infrastructure, development and environmental projects throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Graduate Engineering Geologist to join their team in Leeds.
This Graduate Engineering Geologist opportunity offers the chance to work alongside experienced engineers and geologists on a diverse range of projects, developing both technical and project management skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
As a Graduate Engineering Geologist, you will assist with ground investigations, site inspections, soil and rock logging, technical reporting, risk assessments and geotechnical data analysis. The Graduate Engineering Geologist will gain exposure to infrastructure, residential, commercial and industrial developments while supporting the delivery of safe, cost-effective ground engineering solutions. This Graduate Engineering Geologist position is based in Leeds and will involve regular site work.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering Geology, Geology, Earth Sciences or a related discipline
Previous internship, placement year or relevant industry experience
Full UK driving licence
Full and permanent right to work in the UK
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office or be willing to relocate
Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to build a long-term career in engineering geology
