Asset Management Consultant
We are looking for an Asset Management Consultant to provide technical building services expertise and advice on asset maintenance and replacement across a variety of projects and sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed analysis of asset and lifecycle data covering all building services, including HVAC, electrical systems, heating and water systems.
- Advise on asset maintenance and replacement strategies for clients nationwide.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team as an integral part of the nationwide asset management team.
- Travel across the UK as required.
Leeds and London (travel across the UK required).
Requirements- Full DBS and security checks may be required.
