Are you a Civil Infrastructure Engineer looking to grow your expertise on projects across the world? Buro Happold is looking to recruit a Senior, Principal or Associate Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Group based at our Leeds office. Working as part of the UK Infrastructure Group you will provide solutions to local infrastructure and utility needs, through to planning entire cities across the globe, whilst offering an integrated multi-disciplinary service throughout the whole project life cycle, from planning through to design and implementation.

• Managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, whilst reviewing civil infrastructure design, from project proposition through to construction.
• Plan project resources and finances and monitor job financial performance.
• Manage technical staff, contribute to planning team workload, assist and mentor staff, and develop more junior team members.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications and schedules.
• Apply customer focus and contribute to the work-winning team securing the group s project pipeline.

• Strong technical background in infrastructure design, with a demonstrable track record of delivering a technical specialism in a core infrastructure discipline (Highways, Utilities or Sustainable Drainage).
• Experience of successful multidisciplinary project delivery; ability to manage and motivate the team, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel, and desire to lead continuous quality improvement in our work.
• Experience in AutoCAD, Civils 3D and Micro Drainage.
• A Member of a relevant professional institution.

• Early leaving at the end of the month - Buro Happold actively encourages its employees to finish at 3pm on the last Friday of each month (depending on business demands). These hours can equate to an additional 4 days leave per annum.
