If you know your way around a timber frame deal and you're the kind of person who genuinely enjoys the chase - this one's worth a look.
Elevation are recruiting for a well‑respected timber engineering business based in Leeds, operating across Yorkshire and the North. We're looking for a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth - think new business, key accounts, and deals ranging up to £1.5m in value.
Day to day:- Getting in front of contractors, house builders and self-builders to win new work
- Looking after key accounts and keeping those relationships strong
- Working with the estimating team, quoting, negotiating and closing
- Giving clients solid technical advice on timber frame, trusses and engineered joists
- You've sold into construction - ideally timber engineering or offsite
- You can manage a pipeline and see deals through to the end
- You're a natural with people and work well cross-functionally across a business
