Civil Engineer

Our client who are an independent engineering consultancy based in Leeds who have a reputation for been one of the best consultancies to work for in the region.

Due to expansion they require a Senior Drainage Civil Engineer /Infrastructure Engineer or

a Principal level

Drainage Civil Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer.

What youll be doing

• A Senior Engineer is to lead by example, by demonstrating diligence and professionalism in day-to-day activities and by taking responsibility for contributing to the growth of the teams knowledge base.

• Working on challenging and multiple projects simultaneously, you will have experience on engineering schemes from pre-planning through to construction, particularly in relation to Sustainable Drainage (SuDS). This can include urban redevelopment, strategic residential, flood alleviation and natural flood management schemes.

• Advising clients on planning policy around flood risk and drainage, considering the changing climate and preference for sustainable solutions.

• Delivering, supervising and managing (relative to your experience) a number of projects, and supporting the Team Leader or Principal Engineer.
