Principal to Associate Town Planner

An established and growing planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal to Associate Town Planner to join its team. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and delivering a range of planning projects from inception through to determination.
• Providing strategic planning advice to a diverse client base.
• Managing planning applications, appeals and site promotion projects.
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the planning team.

• MRTPI qualified.
• Strong planning consultancy or development sector experience.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with strong client-facing abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
