Yorkshire Water is looking for a Building Surveyor to join the Land and Property department. This permanent role, based initially in Bradford and moving to Leeds, is essential for maintaining and managing a diverse range of buildings.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice, conduct inspections, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully. A strong background in Building Surveying is required, with an emphasis on compliance and health & safety management.
The position offers a competitive salary of £43,577 - £54,742 along with numerous benefits including development opportunities, pension scheme, and a hybrid working model.
