Job Description
We’re looking for Graduate Engineering Geologists to carry out onsite day‑to‑day support to the contract team for the delivery of medium and large contracts, focusing on delivery. This includes safety, quality, cost control, performance to the programme, and customer service.
You’ll support projects across the UK, combining on‑site and office‑based work, communicating our progress regularly with clients and working closely with site teams to make sure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll ensure our equipment is suitable, direct trial pit and borehole locations and sampling, execute grouting, perform specific in‑situ testing, log soils and rock, prepare laboratory test schedules, and manage all contract reports.
QualificationsYou’ll need a degree in a Civil Engineering or Geology‑related subject (or an equivalent qualification), with a good understanding of ground conditions, drilling, and site investigation work. In order to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues, you’ll need excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, plus a full UK driving licence, so you can visit our sites across the country.
