Assistant Planner

We're working closely with one of our best clients, a highly respected planning‑led multidisciplinary consultancy based in Leeds. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of major development projects, they're looking to expand their Planning Team.

They're looking for professionals who are keen to work on a range of high profile projects, including major commercial schemes, retail developments, industrial, logistics projects, mixed‑use developments, regeneration projects, residential schemes, retail, employment, and data centre developments.

Title: Assistant Town Planner

Experience: 6+ months

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + EOT Bonus + Discretionary Annual Bonus

Location: Central Leeds

Hybrid Working: 3 days in office

• MRTPI qualified (or close to achieving MRTPI)
• Strong UK planning consultancy or development experience
• Experience managing planning applications and client relationships

• Experience across commercial, residential, mixed‑use, logistics, regeneration or related sectors
