Keyland Developments Ltd, a sister company to Yorkshire Water, is seeking a Development Planner to promote properties within Keyland’s portfolio through the statutory planning system to obtain marketable consents. You will identify short to long-term land opportunities across Yorkshire and support the site finding initiative.
You will collaborate with Keyland’s Property Team and Yorkshire Water’s Land & Property Team to release non-operational assets for development potential and drive planning
