Shift: Days I'm working with a fast-paced, expanding producer looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineers to join their growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment, including fault finding, responding to breakdowns, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and reliably. You'll also support continuous improvement projects, machinery upgrades, and equipment installations, working closely with production teams to maximise performance and minimise downtime.
