Arla Foods' Stourton Dairy in Leeds is seeking a hands-on Shift Engineer to support the process department. You will lead maintenance activities on pasteurisers, heat exchangers, valves and pumps, with 12-hour shifts on a 4-on 4-off pattern (no nights) to maximise asset reliability.
Collaboration with operations and engineering, use of SAP CMMS and Fast Work, and a safety-first approach will be essential as you help reduce downtime and drive continuous improvement across the site.
