Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the electrical design aspects of building services projects across various sectors, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.

· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into diverse building designs.

· Conduct feasibility studies, design calculations, and performance assessments to optimize system efficiency and sustainability.

· Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Oversee project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality assurance throughout.
Key experience:

· Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

· Chartered Engineer or working towards this.

· Extensive experience in designing and delivering electrical building services projects across various sectors.

· Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux

· Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and codes, including CIBSE guidelines and UK building regulations.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing project teams and delivering projects successfully.
