The role will still be hands on - you MUST have that 'get stuck in' mentality and be technically curious Develop new processes, test, report and analyse results Oversee safety, budget control, scheduling, and compliance . Liaise closely with subcontractors for maintenance of plant / maintenance of equipment Manage contractors, suppliers, and regulatory interactions (COMAH, REACH, waste regulations). Navigate ambiguity and problem-solve on the ground when things dont go exactly to plan.
