You will be joining my client as a Civils Site Engineer where your technical ability and attention to detail will directly shape the success of live civil engineering schemes. This is a salaried role based in Leeds, offering stability, hands-on project exposure and the opportunity to develop within a supportive site environment.

As a Civils Site Engineer, you will be central to ensuring works are set out accurately and delivered safely and efficiently. You will work closely with site management, subcontractors and clients, gaining broad experience across infrastructure projects while building a strong foundation for long-term career progression.

My client is a well-established civil engineering contractor operating across the region, delivering high-quality infrastructure and general civils projects. They are known for their structured approach, strong safety culture and commitment to developing engineering talent at site level.

• Ensuring accurate setting out and safe construction in line with contract drawings and specifications
• Supporting the delivery of works in compliance with client and contractual requirements
• Maintaining site records and producing as-built drawings in agreement with client representatives
• Ensuring full compliance with company Quality Management Systems
• Providing accurate measurements and records to support monthly valuations
• Supporting site teams with technical queries and on-site problem solving
• Ensuring high standards of safety, quality and customer care at all times
• Stepping into site management responsibilities for short-term cover when required

As a Civils Site Engineer, you will play a key role in driving technical accuracy and quality across each stage of delivery.

• A minimum of HND (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering
• Relevant technical training certificates
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
• Experience using LSS or N4CE survey software (desirable)
• A good understanding of site-based engineering practices

You will be organised, detail-focused and professional in your approach. As a Civils Site Engineer, you will communicate clearly, manage your time effectively and demonstrate a proactive "can do / will do" attitude when supporting site delivery.

• Salary: circa £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
