Geoenvironmental / Senior Geoenvironmental Engineer - £28-£50K Dependant on level of experience - Leeds An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Geoenvironmental Engineer and a Senior Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a well-established, employee-owned engineering consultancy based in Leeds . The company offer an excellent benefits package together with a competitive salary. The business is a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in Civil, Structural and Geoenvironmental Engineering, delivering high-quality technical solutions across a wide range of sectors throughout the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Geoenvironmental Engineer with 25 years experience to support the delivery of site investigation projects and assist with the supervision of remedial works and earthworks across the UK.

The Role As aGeoenvironmental Engineer, you will play an important role in supporting site investigation and environmental assessment projects while working closely with both the infrastructure and structural engineering teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing desk studies and factual/interpretative ground investigation reports Logging and sampling soil and rock Carrying outground gas and groundwater monitoring and sampling Supervising ground investigation works and site operations Supporting the delivery of projects within amulti-disciplinary consultancy environment Liaising with subcontractors and project teams Assisting the civil and structural engineering teams with technical support About You Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineeringor a related discipline 2 years relevant post-graduate experience within a consultancy or ground investigation contractor AMasters degreein Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, Environmental Science or similar is desirable Working towards

Chartered status with the Geological Society, CIWEM, CIEH or a similar professional body Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience producing technical reports Well organised with strong time management skills Willingness to travel and occasionally work away from home Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK These Opportunities These are fantastic opportunities to join aprogressive, employee-owned consultancy that offers excellent career development and the chance to work on a diverse range of engineering projects across the UK.
