This role is responsible for managing the engineering design and project execution of medium-voltage equipment across low- to medium-complexity projects. Working as part of a dedicated and highly skilled team, you will be focused on delivering tailored technical solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Technical Project Engineer (Specialist, Project Execution) you will manage projects end-to-end-from initial design through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities include producing engineering drawings, preparing manufacturing documentation, and providing technical support during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with clients. You will organize and lead project activities, monitor and control progress, and ensure that budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met. Effective risk assessment and mitigation will be essential throughout the project lifecycle.

The role also requires close coordination with project deployment teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and successful adoption of project deliverables.

What skills will make you successful?

Experience with medium-voltage electrical equipment, including switch gear, transformers, protection systems, and control circuits.
Ability to create and review engineering drawings, technical documentation, BOMs, and electrical schematics using CAD tools such as AutoCAD or EPLAN.
Strong project engineering or project management experience, including planning, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, industry standards (IEC, BS EN), and manufacturing processes.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Customer-focused, organised, and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) is advantageous. What's in it for me?
Lead meaningful projects that directly impact customer success and organizational performance
Work with diverse teams across technologies and geographies in a collaborative environment
Grow your career with opportunities to expand your expertise and leadership capabilities
Be part of a team that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
