An exciting opportunity to join a prestigious Water Hygiene / Water Treatment specialist has arisen in the Yorkshire region. Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Water Hygiene / Water Treatment Operations Manager to oversee regional contracts and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history of managing engineers and office teams in a positive and proactive manner.

Qualifications:
- – Proven experience as an Operations Manager within a Water Hygiene / Water Treatment outfit
- – Able to confidently lead teams of site and office staff
- – Ideally will hold industry-related qualifications / training
- – Robust technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
- – Excellent interpersonal skills
- – Good literacy and numeracy skills
- – Proficient in using IT software
- – Overseeing regional operations across Water Hygiene and Water Treatment contracts
- – Managing a team of engineers, ensuring works are completed within agreed scope and time frames
- – Carrying out competency checks and training across all internal staff
- – Liaising with the administrative team to coordinate projects, ensure materials are ordered and assist with onboarding processes
- – Meeting with clients to discuss contractural performance and handle any enquiries
- – Ensuring effective planning and work allocation
- – Organising training for team members
- – Working closely with the quality / technical team to investigate and resolve any safety issues
- – Running regular company meetings
- – Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
- – Upselling of further company services
- – Completing regular technical service and progress reports
