As an Engineering Graduate, you will join the J&J Med Tech team in Leeds. The Leeds campus is a world-leading orthopaedic development and manufacturing facility, designed to stimulate innovation, communication and collaboration so that we can advance medical device solutions that deliver value for healthcare systems and improve people’s lives. You will be part of a team focused on developing and manufacturing joint reconstruction implants for the hip and knee, including the surgical processes and instruments used during surgery.

You will work across our R&D, Quality, Operations and Manufacturing teams, developing your understanding of products and processes currently available on the market and gaining broad insight into the processes that drive the efficiency of our business.

Throughout the programme, you will have opportunities to develop yourself and your skills through continuing professional development, using internal J&J courses and selected external courses, such as Linked In Learning, that can provide internationally recognised qualifications. Engineering and science graduates are also encouraged and supported to join a professional development scheme leading to membership of a professional institution. You will receive training in new leadership and technical skills, alongside opportunities to apply your business knowledge in an ambitious manufacturing and development environment.
