* Manage site operations including resource allocation, programming, risk assessments, permits, quality control, and KPI tracking.

* Champion Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS, permits, and incident reporting.

* Implement Inspection, Testing & Commissioning Plans (ITCP) and ensure all plant/equipment is installed to manufacturer standards.

* Manage project programmes, progress reporting, internal meetings, testing/commissioning, and aim for zero defects.

* Handle full project finances: variations, cost forecasts, final accounts, risk registers, payments, cash flow, and procurement (including 3 quotes, value engineering, and supplier/subcontractor management).

* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, customer satisfaction, and resolve disputes effectively.

* Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and leading lessons-learned reviews.

* Adopt a collaborative M&E approach, acting as lead client contact where required.
