Do you have experience with ISO 9001, Lean methodologies and root cause analysis? Are you looking to join a global engineering business where you can lead improvement projects and further develop your technical career? This global engineering organisation is a recognised market leader within its field, designing and manufacturing highly engineered products for customers worldwide. As part of their continued focus on operational excellence, they are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their highly skilled operation in Littlehampton.
In this role, you will work alongside Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain teams to improve manufacturing processes, reduce defects and drive the site's Lean and Quality performance. You will lead root cause investigations and Continuous Improvement projects, support ISO accreditation and auditing activities, and utilise tools including 8D, APQP, FMEA, Kaizen and PDCA to deliver sustainable improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality or Lean Engineer looking to join a leading global manufacturer where you can have a genuine impact on site performance whilst developing your expertise and long-term career.
The Role:
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities across the facility Driving root cause analysis, problem solving and corrective/preventative actions Driving Material Review Board (MRB) activities alongside Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain £40,000 - £45,000 Training & Development Career Progression Pension Excellent Company Benefits
The Person :
Quality Engineer, Lean Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar Proven Quality experience within a manufacturing environment Knowledge and practical experience of ISO 9001 Commutable to Littlehampton Reference Number: BBBH
