Advanced Electronics Engineering Manager – Global Floorcare
We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Electronic Engineer to lead the development of future electrical technologies that enable differentiated, intelligent products and support long‑term business growth.
Responsibilities- Lead Advanced Electrical Engineering activities and define future electrical architectures.
- Drive sensor, control and embedded technology development.
- Lead and build proof‑of‑concept activities and demonstrators.
- Lead supplier technical collaborations and develop effective partnerships.
- Develop and mentor the Advanced EE team.
- Shape technology roadmaps and support system integration across disciplines.
- Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent degree (BEng).
- Strong background in electronics and embedded systems.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Knowledge of sensors, motor control and power electronics.
- Knowledge of firmware and system‑thinking mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Practical prototype development experience.
- Strong supplier engagement skills.
