We're looking for an experienced Civil Infrastructure Engineer at Senior, Principal or Associate level to join a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in Leeds.

This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile, technically challenging projects across the UK and internationally, from major developments and infrastructure schemes through to large-scale city planning.

You'll combine technical leadership, project delivery and team management while helping shape innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

• Lead the delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.
• Provide technical leadership across highways, utilities and/or SuDS.
• Manage project resources, programmes and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop engineers within the team.
• Review designs, reports, specifications and technical deliverables.
• Work directly with clients and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Support bids, proposals and business development.
• Champion innovation, sustainability and lower‑carbon infrastructure design.

• Strong experience in civil infrastructure design and project delivery.
• Expertise in highways, utilities or sustainable drainage.
• Proven multidisciplinary project and team leadership experience.
• Strong client‑facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Micro Drainage.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of successful project delivery.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution; ICE/CEng advantageous.
• A willingness to travel when required.
