Quantity Surveyor

I have been asked to find Quantity Surveyors for the North of England- around Leeds/Yorkshire would be an ideal location.

The contractor I am representing is a specialist in the remediation of contaminated land/Civil Engineering infrastructure packages. They have a healthy order book and are looking to strengthen their commercial delivery team.

I am keen to speak with candidates with a background in earthworks and remediation contracting- working with developers- both residential and commercial.

You will have a degree background ideally- they key is experience of the successful delivery or earthworks and the remediation of contaminated land.

The basic salary on offer is somewhere between 45-75k but could be more as it is very much dependant on relevant experience. The benefits package is also pretty good.

My client is keen to meet with Quantity Surveyors from intermediate up to senior level- anywhere between 3-5 years plus industry experience.

You will need strong contractual knowledge-NEC and JCT, the ability to problem solve, work both within and team or be the sole commercial representative where required and have a solid understanding of bulk earthworks, remediation and associated Civil Engineering works.

There are immediate starts available for those that need them or you could start after Christmas is this is better timescale wise.
