Have we got your attention?
- The croupier is responsible for dealing the table games to a high standard.
- They must comply with all table gaming procedures and ensure that high customer service levels are met.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a croupier or other relevant experience.
- Must possess a Personal Functional License (PFL).
- Strong table gaming knowledge.
- Knowledge/experience dealing Texas Hold Em Poker would be advantageous.
- Good communication skills.
- Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
- Ideally candidates will live in Milton Keynes.
- 2 years’ experience as a gaming inspector/supervisor or other relevant experience.
- Must possess a Personal Functional License (Gaming).
- Strong knowledge of table gaming.
- Dealing table games to a high standard, in line with company policy and procedures.
- Providing a high level of customer service.
- Provides correct game commentary.
- Demonstrates good table security.
- Informs inspectors, Pit Boss or Casino Manager on any players to note.
- Complies with all policies and procedures.
- To promote the company in a professional and positive manner with both internal and external contacts or at any other opportunity.
- To ensure that the company’s equal opportunities policy is adhered to at all times.
- To adhere to all company health and safety practices and procedures and action as appropriate should any issue arise.
- To attend and conduct meetings as and when required.
- Responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with internal Responsible Gambling policies and UK Gambling Commission Licence Codes of Conduct and Practice (LCCP).
- To promote awareness of Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures.
- Ensuring Responsible Gambling is an integral part of the daily operation.
- To be proactive in safeguarding our customers and the business by ensuring that standards of compliance both internally and externally are delivered to the highest level and opportunities to improve are identified to support the business objectives.
