Digital Content Producer

Yorkshire County Cricket Club is looking for a Digital Content Producer to join Yorkshire Studios, the club’s digital and content team at Headingley.

You will create engaging, entertainment-led content across Yorkshire’s digital platforms, working with men’s, women’s and pathway cricket as well as community and non-cricket activity.

This hands-on role suits an experienced content operator who can independently film and produce short- and long-form video in a fast-paced sporting environment, driving audience growth and supporting ticket sales, memberships, hospitality and partner value.

• Lead the ideation, creation and execution of bold, platform-native video content
• Develop scalable, entertainment-led formats that attract new audiences
• Film, produce and edit content for You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok and other channels
• Capture matchday, training, community and behind-the-scenes storytelling
• Help write and schedule platform-native copy across digital and social channels
• Spot emerging formats and opportunities to enhance fan experience and monetisation

• Proven experience creating high-performing digital video content
• Experience independently filming and producing short- and long-form video professionally
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting and editorial judgement
• Able to use audience insight and performance data to refine content
