A leading residential services group in Leeds currently require a Commercial Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth. This is your chance to influence high-level decisions – partner with C‑suite executives, and bring commercial insight that transforms the business.

Following significant new investment, this newly created position bridges finance and operations, providing a clear commercial narrative on the company's financial position. You will be at the forefront of decision‑making for major projects, covering systems transformation, acquisitions, and team restructuring – while delivering robust reporting and actionable insights across all business areas.

• Work directly with the Finance Director and Financial Controller at executive level.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and commercial recommendations.
• Influence key projects that shape the future of the business.

• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified.
• Proven experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner, Commercial Accountant or Commercial Finance Manager.
• A strong track record of delivering projects and influencing decisions at board level.
