Were looking for a talented Senior Pricing Analyst to join Addleshaw Goddards high-performing Pricing team. Youll play a pivotal role in supporting our pricing strategy for major client mandates and panel appointments, working closely with partners and wider stakeholders to drive profitability and innovation across the firm.

Job description:

Support the firms pricing governance framework and advise the Pricing Advisory Committee. Develop and implement pricing strategies for major panel appointments and significant mandates. Become a subject matter expert in the Big Hand Pricing Tool, delivering training and in-life pricing support. Prepare pricing proposals for RFPs, balancing client needs with profitability. Conduct profitability and sensitivity analysis across sectors and clients. Identify and deliver revenue and profitability enhancement opportunities.

Collaborate on pricing-related projects to improve efficiency and internal reporting. Required profile:
Minimum 2 years experience in a pricing role within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Power BI experience. Excellent communicator, able to build relationships across all levels. Commercially minded, resilient, and adaptable to changing priorities. Proven ability to deliver creative, pragmatic solutions in a fast-paced environment.
