IDEX Consulting are working with a leading wealth management business who require a Paraplanner to join their Leeds based team.

Having helped numerous people join the business in recent years, it can be said with confidence how the business provides ongoing support to new joiners and helps them settle into a professional yet friendly environment with a positive culture.

This is a continued part of the growth strategy which has seen additional headcount, revenue and FUM come into the business during 2025, with much more anticipated across 2026.

• Preparing pre‑approval documentation prior to report writing
• Draft detailed financial plans, suitability reports and recommendation documents that support Wealth Managers’ advice to clients
• Conduct in-depth research across investments, pensions, protection, tax planning and other financial planning areas.
• Ensuring all advice documentation is compliant according to FCA guidelines
• Working with the adviser to gather sufficient client information

The successful candidate will be required to have completed their Level 4 Diploma qualification. Being Chartered qualified (or working towards) is beneficial.

The business offers a true pathway to progress which, in this instance, may be towards an Advisory capacity or as a more senior member of the paraplanning/support team.
