Position: Finance Administrator (Permanent)

Wetherby | £30,355 per annum | Full-time, permanent

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, company bonus, company pension, free on-site parking

This role would suit someone with previous experience in a finance or accounts-based role and a strong attention to detail.

The role:

* Processing purchase invoices and credit notes

* Chasing end-of-month statements and ensuring all invoices are received

* Chasing aged debtors

* Setting up new customer and supplier accounts

* Processing employee expenses

* Making supplier payments

* Taking incoming finance-related phone calls, including processing card payments

* Posting bank payments using accounting software

* Managing the finance email inbox

* Releasing held orders once payment has been received

About you:

* Previous experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role

* Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Office

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Confident communicator with a team-focused approach

* Experience using SAP would be advantageous
