A leading global law firm with over 5,000 people across 30+ countries is seeking a talented PSL to join their Banking & Finance team. This full-service firm brings deep sector expertise and an international perspective to complex legal challenges.

The Banking & Finance practice regularly advises high-profile UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds, and corporates on sophisticated domestic and cross‑border transactions. The team works on matters typically handled by Magic Circle and major US firms, with many team members having joined from these prestigious practices.

The practice covers corporate and leveraged finance, real estate finance, energy & infrastructure finance, and debt capital markets, with ambitious growth plans underway.

This Senior Associate PSL position offers the opportunity to support a dynamic Finance team while working closely with existing senior Finance PSLs and legal technologists to deliver technical excellence.

• Drafting, updating, and managing team precedents and templates
• Writing guidance notes, toolkits, and training materials
• Researching and producing internal and client‑facing bulletins and briefings
• Curating current awareness materials and sector developments
• Leading on critical sector matters with partner support
• Organizing and delivering training sessions, including contributions to the annual NQ induction course
• Managing the team's knowledge bank
• Supporting clients with training and knowledge services
• Collaborating with the Legal Technology Group on innovative tools and platforms
• Providing ad‑hoc support to fee earners
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives

• Minimum 4 years PQE in banking law with transactional focus
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of legal technology tools currently available in the market
• Team‑oriented approach with self‑starter mentality
• Creative mindset with desire to innovate and improve processes
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Deeper expertise in Corporate Debt/Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, or Energy & Infrastructure Finance
• Previous PSL experience (though not essential)
