Interim Financial Accountant

Due to their continued growth and development, they currently have a long-term interim requirement for a Financial Accountant to join the team ASAP.

Ideally qualified, you will be an experienced interim accountant, who is used to dropping into teams and getting up to speed quickly and adding value almost immediately.

You will work within the team as a senior member, overseeing the Financial accounting aspects, reporting directly to the FC.

• Upkeep of weekly site and consolidated cash flow forecasting and related liaison with FC & CFO
• Providing technical accounting expertise
• Daily upkeep of HIF accounts
• Month end journals
• Quarterly VAT Returns
• Monthly Intrastat submissions
• Management of national statistics
• Preparation of year end statutory accounts
• Ad hoc reporting as required
• To provide support to less experienced team members
• Build and maintain good working relationships with all areas of the business
• This is a long-term role, likely to run for 12 months, as a fixed term contract.
