The business seeks a strategic yet hands‑on CFO to guide financial planning, reporting, and governance during a period of expansion. This fractional role blends board‑level leadership with operational delivery, supporting investment activity, commercial growth, and ESG‑aligned initiatives. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership.

• Lead and mentor a lean finance team through transformation and scale.
• Act as a strategic partner to operational and development functions.
• Present financial insights to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and lenders.

• Oversee planning, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities.
• Advise on funding strategy, risk management, and commercial decision‑making.
• Drive automation and system upgrades with a focus on scalable controls and compliance.

• Support ESG‑linked financial initiatives and reporting.
• Ensure financial oversight of sustainability projects and disclosures.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant post‑qualified experience.
• Proven track record in senior finance roles within SME environments.
• Sector experience in property, or asset‑heavy businesses preferred.
• Skilled in investor relations, financial controls, and reporting frameworks.
• Comfortable operating in lean teams and balancing strategic and operational priorities.
