About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Pricing & Forecasting Team in Business Transaction Banking (BTB), part of Business & Commercial Banking (BCB). This team manages pricing and forecasting for current accounts, savings, client money, and products supporting customers' banking needs. The role involves shaping strategies, pricing approaches, and forecasts at various levels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and update revenue forecasts for the BTB portfolio
  • Enhance forecasting and value analysis by client, segment, and sector
  • Improve analytics and data sets for pricing and forecasting decisions
  • Assess the impact of tactical and strategic initiatives
Key Accountabilities
  • Contribute to strategic change and organizational optimization
  • Manage business updates and strategy execution
  • Improve customer and colleague experience through analytics and tools
  • Manage balances to meet BCB requirements
  • Collaborate across teams to build a 'One Team' environment
  • Lead a culture of mentoring and continuous feedback
  • Present management information and recommend actions
  • Uphold Lloyds values and build strong supplier relationships
  • Drive diversity, inclusion, talent, and performance management
Requirements
  • Proven delivery in banking service provision, meeting targets and objectives
  • Strategic thinking and business improvement skills
  • Financial and non-financial analysis expertise
  • Deep knowledge of pricing, customer behavior, and operational processes
  • Experience in large-scale change initiatives
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Strong collaboration and influencing capabilities
