Management Accountant

RECfinancial is exclusively recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast paced and growing privately owned business in Leicestershire.

The role is based at the firm's headquarters which is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Hinckley, Lutterworth, Rugby, Nuneaton, Market Harborough and Coventry / Warwickshire.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Management Accountant role is a good nice mix of both management and financial accounting responsibilities.

Day to day tasks will include the production of monthly accounts, supporting kpi analysis post month end, assisting with year end, budget & forecasting, financial analysis, VAT returns, managing and maintaining the balance sheet, cashflow forecasting and supporting the business in making well informed financial decisions.

The role is the perfect opportunity and springboard into being a Finance Manager in the future. The role has potential for career progression in the future.

The role would be suitable for either a candidate who is making their first move from practice into industry or someone who is looking for their next career step.

To be considered for the role you will either be close to or recently qualified in either the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification. For those still studying, the business will support you to be qualified.

The role has a salary range of between £40,000 and £46,500 plus benefits depending on experience.
