What you'll be doing Assist with monthly management accounts & variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting & KPI reporting Drive cost‑control and financial optimisation Partner with operational teams to deliver meaningful insights Maintain financial models & enhance reporting tools Support year‑end audit & balance sheet reconciliations What you'll bring Studying towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA Strong analytical skills & appetite to learn Solid Excel capability Confident communication & stakeholder skills
