Campbell Grove Talent are working with a growing business on the outskirts of Leeds, who are looking for a Financial Controller to join them at a really exciting time.

They're scaling up, things are moving quickly, and they need someone who can get stuck in and own the finance function. This isn't about maintaining what's already in place - it's about building something better as the business expands.

Day to day, you'll be running the full finance operation: month-end, management accounts, statutory reporting, dealing with auditors and the banks.

Beyond the technical stuff, you'll be the go-to person for financial insight. The leadership team will look to you to help them understand what the numbers are really saying and what decisions they should be making as a result.

What we're looking for:

• ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification
• Solid experience in a financial controller or senior finance manager role
• The technical skills to handle complex accounting and reporting
• A pragmatic approach
  -someone who can balance getting things right with getting things done
• The confidence to challenge, advise, and build relationships across the business
