Management Accountant

UK wide multi sector organisation based in Leeds currently require a CIMA/ACCA/ACA Finalist/Qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team in a newly created role. This is a standout opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, progression, and exposure to senior stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant with a dotted line to the Financial Controller your duties will include:

• Producing robust monthly and annual management accounts.
• Delivering meaningful variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Owning balance sheet reconciliations.
• Supporting budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Managing a team of 3 Assistant Management Accountant.
• Getting involved in value-adding ad-hoc projects across the wider finance team.

As you develop in this role and progress along your study there will be the potential to incorporate more responsibility within your day-to-day duties, grow a team of assistant management accountants and potential opportunities to progress within the company.

Ideally you will be a keen CIMA/ACCA/ACA finalist and have experience within Management Accounts/Assistant Accounts/Financial Accounts and have a desire to become a qualified accountant in your respective study path Or you will be qualified.
