Wealth Manager role with an established Financial Advisory firm in Gloucestershire. The successful candidate will grow and retain a long-standing client base with support from an extensive marketing strategy for lead generation. A 20% bonus on all initial fees applies.

• Develop new business and build a client base
• Retain clients and manage relationships
• Collaborate with advisors to grow practice
• Utilize marketing strategy to generate leads

• Qualified Financial Planner/Advisor as a minimum with post-qualification experience
• Experience building a client base; ability to bring clients is advantageous
• Strong technical ability across a range of financial planning topics
• Excellent client-facing communication and high-level organisation

Base pay range:
