Job Overview
We’re BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm. We support UK and global clients across various sectors, providing tax advisory services to start‑ups, scale‑ups, private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals. This role is part of our Tax team, delivering specialist tax solutions and collaborating across the firm.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll work pro‑actively, managing your own tasks, collaborating with senior managers, directors and partners to serve clients effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services.
Qualifications- Degree level education and/or CTA, ACA qualified or equivalent with demonstrable post‑qualification experience.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including client take‑on, engagement control, billings and identifying opportunities to improve recoveries and cash collection.
- Understanding of the firm’s quality control procedures and ability to raise potential risks.
- Experience leading complex projects.
- Experience with people management.
