Commercial Finance Manager

Distinct are working with a financial services business with significant growth ambitions to help hire a Commercial Finance Manager to sit at the centre of how it plans, performs and makes decisions.

This is a proper business partnering role, you'll be challenging performance, building business cases, leading forecasting and planning cycles, and generating insight that directly influences commercial decisions.

The business is in a growth phase with a clear multi-year agenda. This role has real influence over how that plays out.

• Commercial Finance partnering at senior level across the business
• Supporting and challenging multi-year financial planning and forecasting
• Building and reviewing business cases for strategic initiatives
• Providing insight and analysis that drives commercial recommendations
• Senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management

• Qualified accountant — CIMA preferred, ACA or ACCA considered
• 3–5 years post-qualified experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role
• Strong analytical capability with a track record of value creation
• Advanced Excel and Power Point
• Confident communicator able to simplify complex financials for non-finance audiences

£60,000 – £70,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits. Hybrid working.
