You will be stepping into a high‑performing, fast‑expanding consumer brand with distinct market‑leading concepts. This means:

• Big enough to have scale, ambition and investment.
• Small enough that you still move the needle.

This role is built for someone ready to step beyond "good analyst" into "credible business voice." You'll:

• partner directly with the Exec Team
• work closely with the CFO and Head of Finance
• influence operators across 18+ dynamic venues
• shape reporting, forecasting, commercial insight and strategy

You'll own:

• the company‑wide forecasting model
• commercial reporting for finance, operations and optimisation teams
• budgeting cycles
• data‑driven decision support
• 13‑week cash flow
• margin analysis, profitability, KPIs
• investment cases, ROI and capex evaluation

Someone who is:

• Newly qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or 1‑3 years post‑qualified
• Already strong analytically, commercially aware, and ready for more
• Looking to build on their commercial finance/FP&A experience and into their first manager role
• Motivated by influence, responsibility and visibility
• Interested in an exciting, growing consumer brand
• Ready to step out of "support mode" and into "commercial decision‑maker mode"

FP&A in a medium‑sized, expanding consumer business offers enough complexity to stretch you, enough autonomy to let you lead, and enough visibility to accelerate your journey to senior leadership. You will also line‑manage and develop one report, your first step into real leadership.
