How you'll make a difference

Our Planning Optimisation Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining workload volume forecasts and modelling colleague resource requirements across customer-facing teams. This includes analysing volumes such as new mortgage and savings account openings and translating insights into practical, actionable workforce resource plans.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the business and make full use of our workforce management tools. Your forecasts will inform hiring strategies and workforce decisions, ensuring we're well positioned to meet changing business demands while continuing to deliver a great customer experience.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Experience of working in a Resource Planning function within a customer services organisation or call centre environment.
• Experience of scheduling and capacity planning.
• Exposure to Work Force Management solutions (preferably Calabrio).
• Proven analytical skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency
• Strong communicator with ability to challenge effectively
• Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and at pace, staying calm and adaptable as priorities shift.
• Ability to set up models in Excel (preferred)
