You’llalsohave:

• Previousexperienceasahands-onFinance
  
  Manager,Financial Controlleror Company Accountantwithinan SMEenvironment.
  
  YouwillhavesupportedanSMEeitherinastandaloneaccountingroleorwithasmallteaminfinance.
• Theabilitytoindependentlymanagetheentirefinancefunctionanddeliveraccurate,timelymanagementaccounts.
• CIMAorACCAqualification(orbequalifiedbyexperiencewithAATasaminimum).
• Strongsystemsskills,with previous
  
  Sageor
  
  Xeroexperiencehighlydesirable.
• Acalm,pragmaticandsolutions-focused approach.
• Theconfidenceandcredibilitytoactasatrustedbusinesspartnertothe Managing Director .
• Aproactivemindsetandgenuineenthusiasmforcontributingtothegrowthofasuccessfulbusiness.
