We are working with a leading Top 10 global advisory firm with a rapidly growing Indirect Tax practice, recognised as one of the largest non-Big 4 VAT teams in the UK
.

With a strong national presence and a diverse, high‑profile client base spanning FTSE 100 businesses and large international groups, the firm is continuing its impressive growth trajectory.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing VAT team delivering complex, high‑value advisory and compliance projects, while working closely with senior stakeholders across a variety of sectors including Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Aerospace, and Travel.

• Lead and deliver complex VAT compliance and reporting engagements across the UK, EU, and international jurisdictions
• Provide technical VAT advisory support, including structuring, governance, and tax function effectiveness reviews
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, engaging directly with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
• Support dispute resolution processes and HMRC engagement, while contributing to international VAT structuring projects

• Be part of one of the largest non-Big 4 VAT team in the UK
  , offering scale, expertise, and career progression
• Join a firm experiencing strong double‑digit growth (from £13.5m to £20m revenue in 3 years)
• Work on high‑value, complex projects (£50k‑£100k) with direct exposure to senior client leadership
• Collaborate within a national team of over 130 indirect tax professionals, with clear opportunities to develop and specialise

• ACA / ATT/ CTA qualification or equivalent
• Excellent technical VAT knowledge combined with strong commercial awareness
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and engage with senior stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or developing junior team members, with a collaborative and proactive approach
