VAT Manager

VAT Manager or Assistant VAT Manager – Leeds or Manchester

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 + benefits.

We are looking for a qualified VAT Manager or Assistant VAT Manager based in Leeds or Manchester to join a well‑established Top 20 accountancy firm. You will work with a mixed client portfolio of large groups and OMBs, providing indirect tax advisory and compliance services.

• Work on indirect tax advisory and compliance projects including tenders and due diligence reports.
• Handle VAT for insolvency and restructuring, review VAT registration, and other related tasks.

• VAT advisory or compliance experience gained working with a practice.
• Solid understanding of VAT principles across a variety of sectors.
• Managing experience is a bonus but not essential.
