Corporate Tax Senior Manager – Leeds (Hybrid & Flexible)

£60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus

• Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services.
• Reviewing corporation tax returns and computations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Leading tax advisory projects including restructures, acquisitions, and financing.
• Providing strategic tax planning advice and identifying opportunities for clients.
• Handling HMRC enquiries and correspondence, resolving issues efficiently.
• Supporting junior staff with technical guidance and reviewing their work.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Keeping up to date with tax legislation and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

• CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA qualified.
• UK corporate tax advisory & compliance experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio.
• Experience developing & coaching juniors.
