This is not a routine month-end role.

This is an opportunity to become a key member of a world-class finance team where you will gain exposure to complex technical accounting matters, lead statutory reporting across multiple UK entities, influence senior stakeholders and play a pivotal role in driving finance transformation.

Reporting into a senior finance leader, you will take ownership of a broad and highly visible portfolio including:

• Leading the delivery of statutory accounts and annual reporting processes across multiple legal entities.
• Managing relationships with external auditors and senior internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless reporting cycle.
• Providing technical accounting expertise, translating complex accounting matters into clear, commercial guidance.
• Leading and contributing to high-profile finance projects, process improvements and transformation initiatives.
• Driving improvements in controls, automation and digital finance capabilities.
• Supporting the continued evolution of a best-in-class finance function.

We are looking to speak with ambitious finance professionals who combine strong technical capability with the desire to make an impact.

You are likely to be:

• ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong academic track record.
• Operating at Manager level within Practice, or already making your way through a financial reporting, group accounting or controllership environment.
• Experienced in statutory reporting, technical accounting or external audit.
• A confident communicator capable of challenging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercially aware, intellectually curious and motivated by continuous improvement.
• Someone who enjoys improving processes, embracing technology and finding smarter ways of working.

A competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 plus benefits and excellent long-term career opportunities.
