iwoca in Leeds is looking for an M&A Intern to join their M&A platform for an up to 6-month paid off-cycle internship that can convert into a full-time analyst role. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on live transactions from the start, enabling interns to gain hands-on experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Ideal candidates should be smart, motivated, and possess a strong academic background, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business. Responsibilities include due diligence support, identifying potential sell-side opportunities, and assisting Transaction Managers with real deals.
