A highly regarded and busy Manchester-based insolvency practice is seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to spearhead the firm's Yorkshire presence and build a strong regional following.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven IP to leverage an established brand, operational infrastructure, and strong case delivery team, while focusing on business development, relationship building, and appointment taking across the Yorkshire market.

• Establish and grow the firm's Yorkshire insolvency offering
• Win and take appointments on corporate insolvency cases (CVLs, Administrations, MVLs)
• Develop relationships with accountants, solicitors, lenders, and other introducers
• Act as the regional figurehead, supported by a well-resourced Manchester team
• Benefit from full operational, compliance, and case administration support

• Fully licensed Insolvency Practitioner (essential)
• Strong background in corporate insolvency
• Proven track record of work winning and referral generation
• Established professional network within Yorkshire
• Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven
